Leanne Duong-Ma
Leanne Duong-Ma is an award-winning visionary entrepreneur and advocate for purposeful leadership. As Founder and President of Direct Source Procurement, she leads a company dedicated to sustainability, empowerment, and innovation within global supply chain management.
With over 20 years of experience in sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain operations, Leanne established Direct Source Procurement after a successful 15-year corporate career. Inspired by her European upbringing and role as a mother, she built the business on a foundation of integrity, purpose, and family values. Her leadership enables brands across industries, including Fortune 500 companies, to access sustainable and cost-effective product solutions aligned with their financial and environmental goals.
Recognized for her unique blend of business acumen and heart, Leanne has earned honors such as SBA Nevada Minority-Owned Small Business of the Year, NMSDC Regional Supplier of the Year, WRMSDC Supplier of the Year, and Top WBE CEO by WE USA magazine. Her company was also selected for the NFL Super Bowl LVIII Business Connect Program and honored by Formula 1 Las Vegas for its community impact.
Leanne is deeply committed to empowering others. She serves as Chapter President of ACE NextGen Las Vegas, mentors entrepreneurs through SCORE, sits on the WBENC National Forum, and until recently advised aspiring founders through the United Nations Empretec Program.
An alumna of the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany, Leanne holds both an MBA and a bachelor’s in business administration. Outside of work, she balances her professional role with being a wife, mother, and dog mom – roles that keep her centered and inspired.
