MEET OUR FOUNDER
Leanne Duong-Ma is the Founder and President of Direct Source Procurement, a certified women-owned business specializing in sourcing and manufacturing solutions for sustainable packaging and foodservice products.
With more than 20 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, and global supply chain management, Leanne brings a unique perspective from both sides of the buyer-supplier relationship. Prior to founding Direct Source Procurement, she spent 15 years in the corporate sector, including a decade in procurement and strategic sourcing for a Fortune 500 company.
Leanne founded Direct Source Procurement to bring that experience directly to customers combining strategic sourcing expertise, global manufacturing capabilities, and personalized service to develop product solutions aligned with each customer’s quality, cost, branding, and sustainability objectives.
She holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany and remains actively involved in supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses through leadership and mentorship.
