Leanne Duong-Ma
President & Founder
Leanne Duong-Ma is a seasoned entrepreneur and industry leader with over 20 years of experience in sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain management. After 15 years excelling in the corporate world, she leveraged her expertise to launch Direct Source Procurement, blending her deep industry knowledge with her commitment to sustainability.
Inspired by her European upbringing and driven by her role as a mother, Leanne built her business to create meaningful impact — offering eco-friendly solutions while maintaining the flexibility to prioritize family. Her ability to lead with purpose and deliver results has positioned her as a trusted industry partner.
Leanne’s impact has been recognized both regionally and nationally, earning awards such as SBA Nevada Minority-Owned Small Business of the Year, WRMSDC Supplier of the Year, and recognition as one of WE USA magazine’s Top WBE CEOs.
Beyond her business, she is an active community leader, serving as the Chapter President of ACE NextGen Las Vegas, on the WBENC National Forum and the EO Las Vegas Board, where she supports fellow entrepreneurs.
She holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and traveling with her husband and two sons.
