Leanne Duong-Ma
President & Founder
Leanne Duong-Ma is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with over 20 years of experience in
sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
Her background spans the hospitality,
foodservice, and wholesale sectors, where she has consistently driven growth, optimized
operations, and delivered significant cost savings.
Inspired by her desire to create her own path while balancing motherhood with her career,
Leanne drew from her family’s business legacy with her European upbringing — which
emphasized sustainability — to build Direct Source Procurement with a focus on innovation,
efficiency, and eco-conscious practices.
Leanne and her company have earned both regional and national recognition, including the
Nevada SBA Minority Owned Small Business of the Year award, WRMSDC Top Supplier
of the Year award, and being named one of the Top WBE CEOs by WE USA magazine.
Beyond her business success, Leanne is committed to empowering others. She leads ACE
NextGen Las Vegas and serves on the WBENC National Forum and the EO Las Vegas
Board, where she supports fellow entrepreneurs.
Leanne holds an MBA and a bachelors degree in business administration from the University of
Duisburg-Essen in Germany.
Fluent in English, German, and Vietnamese, she enjoys reading,
baking, and traveling with her husband and two sons.
